[Review] Jupiter Ascending

Hey guys, I'm back with another movie review! I know it's been ages since I last did one. >< I got carried away and blogged less than usual, but I'm here to rectify that. :D Recently, I watched Jupiter Ascending which met my expectations completely. when I first watched the trailer, it totally caught my eye! I'm a sucker for movies like that, something between fantasy and sci-fi. Amazing! So when I first saw the movie trailer, I thought to myself, "I have gotta watch that movie." Before I delve further into what other details that caught my eye, here's the trailer! 








Okay... I assume you've all watched the trailer. My next reason for watching this apart from the plot is of course, Channing Tatum! Do you not agree with me that he is a fine piece of work? Yes, every good movie must have a hunk to drool over. :P Besides that, Mila Kunis is also very pretty or in other words, she's smoking' hot! hahah I don't drool over girls, it's more like an appreciative admiration and then I set my fitness goals there to achieve such a body. XD  Now the movie itself, I don't want to give any spoilers so I won't say much about the plot, but I will say this, 'you really have to pay attention if not you might miss something which may be a mini piece to the puzzle.' After watching the entire movie I don't find the plot all that confusing. This sort of plot makes you try to guess the end and how the movie will go. It was exciting for me, though I'm not sure all would love it as much as I do. Some may find it predictable. The other thing about the movie is the graphics and scenery. It's amazing, I absolutely love the beauty of one scene as it changes to another. They made it all seem so real. :) Well that's all I've got to say without giving out spoilers. :D TTFN

    I would watch this just for Channing Tatum :) But on a more serious note, I've read some mixed reviews, will just need to find the time to catch it soon before it stops showing.

      High5! I totally entered just because of channing tatum at first, that milk munis was his co-star and it's a sic-fi flick is just a plus for me. :) You so do and also catch Kingsmen: The Secret Service! That's a must watch

    was told that the show is nice by my friends (and the trailer proves it too)! however I picked kingsmen to watch instead. might try to find this on dvd next time!

      I personally find Kingsmen to be a better movie, as compared to this, but this is quite nice too. :D

    I chose to watch Kingsman over this as well, and Fifty Shades of Grey. This just didn't seem to appeal to me, even if I do like fantasy or sci-fi themed films. I've had some friends watch it themselves and they also said they wish they watched another movie instead, haha.

      hahaha I've watched all three and I found Kingsmen to be the best. Fifty Shades of Grey is just so-so for me, because I have read the book I'm actually quite disappointed with it. :( Stay tuned, I would be posting more reviews on those two movies soon :D

    I really can't wait to watch the movie!! I am loving eddie redmayne at the moment too (although tbh from the trailer he sounds so different ahha) x

    i planned to watch this because of the ex-SMA (Tatum). hahaha! but in the end, I watched Kingsman instead. My friend told me JA is okay, but Kingsman is much better so I guess I've made a right choice huh?

    totally agree that he's so charming and hot!!!!!!! sadly i feel the ending is so meh...so kinda disappointed with it!

    Great trailer. Not my sort of movie, although I do love Channing and he can make any movie amazing. I'd just sit there staring at him haha.
